what to expect
Joining the Installation Team:
Our Christmas decorating work can often take place outdoors (during the winter...) and our trained installers are to be found up ladders, operating mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs) or using their specialist trades during complicated tasks.
These people are often one of the following:
They're a hardy bunch who've never heard the words "work shy"... we're always keen to hear from people who think they might fit this description!
We happily fund essential training courses for everyone working with us - and for the right candidates, we provide more advanced qualifications that are valid for several years and can be used by the individual in their other roles year-round.

- Fully Qualified Electricians
- IPAF MEWP Operators
- IRATA Rope Access Technicians
- Working at Height Trained
- Manual Handling Trained
- IOSH Managing Safely Qualified
- First Aid at Work Trained
They're a hardy bunch who've never heard the words "work shy"... we're always keen to hear from people who think they might fit this description!
We happily fund essential training courses for everyone working with us - and for the right candidates, we provide more advanced qualifications that are valid for several years and can be used by the individual in their other roles year-round.
Joining the Workshop and Warehouse Team:
These people keep the World turning behind the scenes at Team Festive! They receive orders and create luxury decorations for each client that are then boxes and labelled ready for the installation team members to use.
These people often have experience in one of the following areas:
Attitude is more important than experience in this team - we're always keen to hear from people who would like to know more and who are happy making luxury decorations to order.
We happily fund essential training courses for everyone working with us and would love to hear from anyone with relevant experience or the work ethic to learn, in a highly unusual environment.
These people keep the World turning behind the scenes at Team Festive! They receive orders and create luxury decorations for each client that are then boxes and labelled ready for the installation team members to use.
These people often have experience in one of the following areas:
- Floristry and sewing skills
- Sculpting (foam carving, resin composites, paint work etc.)
- Design skills (photoshop, 3D rendering etc.)
- But most of all... the ability to learn about Christmas decorating!
